Building Community with Heart

Building Community with Heart

About

Lumbermen’s mission is to enrich the lives of people by intentionally caring for all who
experience us. In addition to our mission, one of our brand promises is to commit not only to one another, our customers and suppliers but also the communities we serve.

That’s why Lumbermen’s Employee Owners will receive 8 hours of paid time (intended to be used during
normal business hours) on an annual basis to make a positive influence in the communities
where you live and work by volunteering your time.

How It Works

Request Volunteer Hours

Please coordinate your time off with your supervisor 30 days in advance.

Volunteering can be done in 2-hour increments for a maximum of 8 hours per calendar year. Please complete the Volunteer Request Form and submit it to your manager. Your manager will then add to ADP, similar to how we process vacation time. You may not carry time over into the following year.

We would love for you to share more about your experience on Workplace. Otherwise, you can email a description and photos to marketing@lumbermens-inc.com.
