How do I patch a hole for a deadbolt in a fiberglass entry door?
There is no kit available to patch a deadbolt hole in a fiberglass door. People have tried various ways of filling the hole with wood and then finishing off the surface with a fiberglass repair mixture. However, we don't think the results have been very good. We would suggest replacing the door slab and reusing any glass that may be installed in the door.
I have the 110 Series Blum hinges, and a small black plastic piece broke off on the inside, making it so the doors will not remained closed. What can I do about this?
